Whilst overseeing all projects personally, Richard and Rafal employ specialist subcontractors, who are highly skilled and qualified in all areas of property refurbishment. For more general building work they have a tried-and-tested in-house team of experienced tradesmen, incorporating plasterers, tillers and joiners.
