• When you submit a listing.
• When we approve your listing.
• When you amend a listing.
• When we reject your listing.
• When we modify your listing.
• When your listing expires.

u-Hits may, from time to time, contact you using the details you supplied upon registration, with regard to site updates, upgrades and maintenance or if there is a problem with your listing.

At no time will we contact you with third-party correspondence or promotional material.

In addition to the above, depending on options you choose at the time of submission, our user may be able to contact you through our site. You have the option of allowing contact, either by displaying a supplied email address, or through a contact form on our site, or both.

When you submit a listing to u-Hits and depending on your submission type, you may be given the option to publically display certain data. This is clearly marked and should be used with care. By supplying your address details or by ticking the appropriate boxes on the form, you give permission for this data to be displayed publically. In short:

• If you supply a business address, it WILL be displayed.
• If you supply a business address AND tick box 'SHOW MAP', a map of your physical location will be displayed.
• If you supply a business email address AND tick box 'SHOW EMAIL', it will be displayed.
• If you supply a business email address AND tick box 'ALLOW CONTACT', it will allow users to contact you through our site.

All default settings are 'off', so if no action is taken by you, this information will be witheld and not displayed.
